Had a Microsoft certified tech expert reinstall it and check it but cannot figure out why it crashes. Excel and Word are very slow to load, clumsy to use. The programs have supposedly been changed/updated but nothing seems to be an improvement. I would wait until the bugs are out, if ever, and then try it. I would not recommend it.
