You pay so much for a computer and then have to add the price of this on top of it? Very frustrating, and then I have to pay every dang year to renew! What a racket! I just don’t know how you get around not having it for school kids. That’s the only reason I’m going to say I would recommend it.

Where I live that signal is not available without driving to a location that supports. This is my "home" computer and this makes it virtually worthless. I wish that I was told at the time of purchase.

We had to send an email to the user then they had to except it and then download the subscription. The worst part was a "hacker" called our home phone and said they were there to help us install the software... all they needed was our IP address... "I don't think so!" Microsoft needs to watch out for that.
