I called customer service who caalled the store and we had a 3 way with the store mgr. They asked me to return take it back tonight, I went back Tonight and they cant get thr system to compensate me because its the 17th day. I have spent 2 hours trying to return a product I tried to return w.in 15 dats originally. I have never in my life had such a bad experience and im very dissatisfied with Best Buy

Makes it difficult to use one version at home and another at work when the functions are so different. Causes significant learning curve and delays and lost productivity

It took so long to download and it doesn't run very fast. I can't seem to move the mouse as careful it jumps. Also my publisher locks up on me. If I insert 2 or more pictures they disappear. Then I have to close and reopen. Also the view is very week (Hard to see) I'm very sorry that I bought the 365 for up to 5 computers. Never again.

I spend way too much time changing what Word thinks I want to what I actually want. Way too many bells and whistles that are hard to work around. Will defiantly not renew my subscription..

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the office 365 and a new computer among other things and whin I got home (which is over 100 miles away ) and set up my computer all was great...then I tried to download the 365 and it said it was not activated at store.....call store said that it was Microsoft problem.....they said it was best buy problem.....needless to say Microsoft got it working then.....30 days later it says my free trial is over and now I'm having to do this all over again....

The software does not have an address /contacts like previous versions of Office. There was no way to import or export data. It is useless. I would be happy to speak with a developer to have them make this software usable for people my age. I had it removed and am back to Office 2010. They will not give me a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS
