we purchase this for our home use with our kids. works fine.

This software is OK its a PC product but runs fine on Mac....

I have always used Microsoft Office. I don't know why they don't offer a lifetime period of use, except for apparently $$ revenue purposes. This is too expensive to purchase every year. I will be looking for another comparable office to use next year.

The access key did not work. I had to drive back to the store and return it only to find out that Best Buy has been having an issue with Microsoft the whole week. They should have pulled the product from the shelves.

I have been using Mircosoft word 365 for over 5 yrs. This latest purchase I am extremely disappointed. The selection is horrible, and trying to use the templates have proven to be very difficult and hard to manage.

I locked myself out of the program, contacted Apple and could only get a password through a test message, I don't own a cell phone. I had to go to Best Buy and someone from the Geek Squad used his personal cell phone to get the software opened and useable.

I did not realize that I was just renting this program for a year, rather than buying it outright. Very disappointed when I found out. Additionally, it was very difficult to activate. Downloading was easy, but activation was not. At any rate, I would not do it again.

Does not work. Hangs. Causes computer system crash.

Good product if you only need it for a year. Must be renewed after a year's use. The office home and student edition is much better if needed for more than 1 year. I recommend it for a year's use - I would not if you need it longer than this.

I wish I could review the actual product but I can't because I wasn't provided a key to install it. I messaged the geek squad, the agent asked me 20 million questions, only to tell me that she couldn't give it to me. So I am stuck with a college student who begins tomorrow and no way to activate the office subscription they're going to want to renew in a year. I will have to go BACK to the store AGAIN. I am beyond angry.

This product freezes or crashes on almost every machine I own at least once a day. It's probably better to purchase a CD/download vs this online version. You would think it would be more stable with constant updates, etc. Kinda sucks. But have to use Office.

It has noot been as easy to install as I expected it to be. So far it is on 2 / 5 computers and has had to be uninstalled and re-installed on each computer to make it work with the AviMark Veterinary Management program.

It’s great for one computer. I purchased this for up to 6 devices and it won’t allow me to download on any other devices. It’s not Microsoft word it’s office 365 which it states but it’s not normal operation

The biggest Microsoft piece of garbage we've ever purchased. Only able to upload on an iPad which was over two hours and had to have tech support with someone we could not understand. Product states it is compatible with android and PC. NOT true. Purchased NEW HP laptop, wouldn't upload, called tech support (in India) he remotely logged into NEW computer and could not get it to load. I WASTED TWO hours of my day on the phone with him. This product is not compatible with the android tablet either. Same thing, an hour on the phone - tech support could not upload it.

I bought this with my new computer. My computer had a 60 day trial membership so I waited for it to expire. Just tried to load it on my computer and spent 4 hours wasting my time , I chatted with Geek Squad who told me to contact Microsoft who sent me back to Best Buy. Apparently all 5 of my uses have been already used. By who I have no idea! Now I have to take my printed chat with Microsoft into Best Buy, look like an idiot and explain this to them. Unreal. Next time I will order it online.

Ordered a card from best buy and it would not load. Went to a Best Buy store and exchanged for a new one. Now it works! It would seem that after a few years of paying this high price, it would come down

I am not a big fan of the yearly subscriptions. I have several machines that I alone use and needed multiple copys. Cloud usage is nice since all my machines are in sync but now another monthly/yearly bill.

Trying to automatically renew online is impossible. Microsoft says you have to renew through Best Buy. I just want to renew online instead of ordering a renewal card or driving to a store.

I have 3 computers that's why I bought this kind of Microsoft but when I tried to access the code to other comp it says it's been used. So I need to call the cust service and ask about it!
