Microsoft 365 is a must have if you’re writing any type of documents or anything it’s you can’t go without

Didn't utilize, do not prefer anything of this nature from this company.

Need a zero in ratings or a minus. Key code does not work. No way no how. Junk. Taking back. Even brought in a pro to see if I am a dunce and he got same results.

I got a free three months subscription and they said that they will email me with the details but never mailed.

I am getting buy with other software. This was sold as part of buying a new PC for a student. There are better options for students.

I called Microsoft and they said my product would have to be returned to store because of invalid key. Very disappointed as I was ready to sit down and use

I am using this product on my mac but the compatible problem still exist. Want back to use Pages for documentation and also Keynote for presentation again.

I am usually slow to adopt cloud-based services, but Office 365 has changed my perspective. ( I first downloaded all of the programs thinking in the same old way of having a tangible (offline) version; then I went and set up my OneDrive and then started using Office 365 in a totally online experience. I love it. Regardless of what computer I am using (I use several throughout the day), I can access and update my files without having to have them on my computers' drives. I was so impressed that I moved my email access to outlook 365 for the same reason. Cloud based. I do need to note that I am having issues getting emails to deposit into certain files on the online version. There are rules set but the online is not sifting through incoming and putting these certain emails where I want them kept. Likely a user problem but I want to be fair that this is an issue. I did not have this issue with the one on my main laptop where i used the "program" to do some archiving early on.

I do not like buying Office each year. I like buying Microsoft Office one time for each computer until the I no longer want or can use the computer.

store did not activate microsoft when I bought it so could not load it Then went back and had terrible service, Have decided not to go back to best buy

Microsoft 365 is a great tool to open most documents for school or work; however, what I hate about this product is that you have to allow it to be purchased again in a year to your account. Yes you can cancel it, but what if I forget.

Did not get product, and I cannot fairly say that I enjoyed this product when I got nothing.

Had Word already. Asked to purchase Publisher, and was told I needed the yearly subscription for that. Purchased and loaded and yet do not have Publisher. .

Everytime I get service on my pc, it no longer works properly. Now it won't turn on again..Every freaking year! Never buying from you again.

Great products! Use one of these almost daily for work, school, or home. Sharing cloud storage with my family wS an added bonus.

This product is too expensive for only one year subscription And I hate how they hook you into doing automatic renewal

When I tried to download to my computer the code came off and was unable to read it. No one from Best Buy got back to me. So i spent 79.99$ for nothing:(
