    Purchased new Dell laptop and need to Install Microsoft 365 and did not want to do it myself so had the geek Squad install it when they transferred everything from my old computer they did an excellent job

    I love the simplicity of the Microsoft cars but I do not like that it automatically renews me the following year. Buying the card allows me to know which members download and to which devices. I’m do not like auto renewals at all.

    I find it somewhat redundant with free software (which I know how to operate without memorizing new processes not having to trust cloud storage); therefore I would't recomment it for folks in their mid 70's,

    I purchased this item for the laptop's that I purchased for my grandchildren. First year college students without laptops and I found the laptops on Sale and I did what Grandmother's sometimes do when we spoil our grandchildren.

    I bought two computers for my son and daughter. Although my sons was great we ended up taking my daughters back as it froze and we could not reset it. the geek squad even tried upon us going to see them and they could not either. I thank the Geek squad for what they tried and the great advice they gave to us.

    Basically is good. The OneDrive system screws my system of document storage up. It makes changes without my knowledge and I have lost documents. It often misfiles them.
