Now for how I really feel. I extremely dislike that I have to buy this product each year every year for each computer from Microsoft. Dont get caught near the years end needing to finish a letter on MS Word, becuse you may wind up in customer service pergatory trying to repurchase (just go to Best Buy instead).

I have those who have less to spend to use open source solutions. I tried to buy it as a renewal online. That was messed up. The real card worked fine.
