My only issue is the setup process. Username and passwords and setting up email on outlook is a juggernaut. Otherwise, it's great.

I tried Google Word and it didn’t work either. As a last resort, before buying another device, we purchased Ofiice365. I was able to do everything I needed paralegals to with my IPad! I am very pleased! Thanks!

Constantly having to re-login, have to create an unwanted account to use product and worse yet, with the recent updates they took away the Save to Computer option and are really really pushing the save to One Drive option even if you don't want to use One Drive. 3 stars because unfortunately nobody has put out a main stream package to compete on level fields with MSFT
