works great! easy to load easy to use the Excel program is great like always happy with my purchase

I just installed have not use enough yet looks good I wanted the family package so more than one person can be on at the same time.

I bought this software thinking that I could put it on several computers in my office. I installed it on 2 computers and then it would not allow me to install again. When I tried to complete the installation on the 3rd computer I received a call from someone saying that the were a authorized tech for Microsoft. He told me that he would like to take over my computer and help me out. I let him and then asked about how much this was going to cost me. He hung up after this call. As a result I have used all 5 of my installs and cannot put it on any other computers.

Office 365 is awesome, and we’ll worth the cost... it’s good on 5 different systems!

Great to have especially when using office products

I prefer to old style of buying things rare than renting which is what this feels like, but there are no real options if you are going. To use an office suite of programs and are a small business.

I chose this one because the kids are currently using a PC now, but will likely move to MAC after High School. The yearly subscription just made more sense. for now.

I love this program, so does my family, it is so easy to share things.

I was and do remain a little skeptical about subscription software but - this is made up for by the flexibility of this license. It's on a PC, a smartphone and a tablet - all work well.

I love the programs. Unfortunately they were very confusing to install with the Family package.

I was able to locate the software easily and installation was simple. I didn't install it right away and Best Buy was good to send me a reminder message!

We purchased this item for our family. Our family members rely on several devices specific to our personal needs. Some of us use Macs and some of us prefer Windows-PCs. This was a great opportunity to use Office 365 on all of them. The installation was simple! We were also able to send a code to our son---who is across country on a college campus. He was able to install it on his device without any problems!

It’s Microsoft office so it’s pretty self explanatory

I'm very satisfied with the Microsoft Office 365 package. I purchased this product with the purchase of a new laptop. This product includes the use of a one Terabyte cloud storage. I have been using Microsoft office product for years at work, so having this product to use at home makes sense. The discount also helped in the decision to purchase this product.

I was a user of desktop office for a long time. The store associate was very helpful in explaining 365 to me. The subscription cost is not bad when you consider the reduced up front cost. Good deal.
