    Microsoft 365 is a good package. Dealing with Best Buy regarding my purchase and its set up was not nearly as good. When I called Best Buy's Geek Squad Customer Service, the wait time was always excessive (more than an hour each time). More than once, when I finally got through to a human being, I was put on hold and disconnected. I am a regular Best Buy customer and have had good experiences in the past, but not in this case.

    If you need to put MS Office on all the computers in your house, this is the way to go. It allows for install on five machines, all with the full Office Suite.
