works great, a bit of an issue when I purchased bc the rep at the register gave me a different card than what he had scanned - so it caused a huge headache to get the mixup fixed. Overall a good buy

Have not been able to download it properly. Even had Geek Squad do it and still receiving messages that it is not being supported by Microsoft and I need to up grade.

everyone needs Microsoft these days whether its for school, work or home and it does not disappoint. Price is a little high but when you think about it, it's for a full year so it isn't as bad.

My old laptop version was out of date. Unfortunately the tech loaded the one computer version instead of this version. I have 3 computers in my household, so I needed this version.

The product is great! What I didn’t realize was that it connected all of my devices together, which I didn’t want. But we have managed to work around it with some help from Geek Squad.

I needed Microsoft for school and it has made my studies and researching so much easier. My only compliant is having to use a credit card for the auto renewal.

The 2016 word for mac is buggy and slow. Plus it isn't worth paying for it every year. If you want word it is much better to buy the standard microsoft package. it is a little more upfront, but will be cheaper in the long run and more stable.

My year is coming up so im not sure what is going to happe. To my subscription im sure i will lise everything and have to go back to alternet word, excel and pdf programs than microsoft.

This review is purely on the sale and purchase of this product, the product itself works as expected with no issues. My concerns are with the way Best Buy provided this product and marketed it. This looks like a good deal, but as they say if it looks too good to be true then it must be. Watch out if you used one of these "free" codes because you might have a $99 surprise on your saved Best Buy credit card. Pros: - Free with purchase of other products - Product works great - The family plan provides up to 6 people access on 5 devices. Great Value! Cons: - Scheme to get you to pay $99+tax yearly with the Auto Renew through Best Buy. - You had to call Best Buy to cancel the renewal of the subscription up until recently. You could not cancel or manage the service through your Microsoft Account. I understand with the Product As A Service (PaaS) model of Office 365, Best Buy does not get continued benefits from renewals like with the single purchase software. But it doesn't sit well with me to give away "Free" codes that then setup an auto renewal that up until this month (April 2021) required calling Best Buy to cancel the subscription.

I am satisfied with everything but the change in pricing and billing. In the past when one purchased a version of this product it was for a lifetime, now it is a yearly subscription.

I am retired but I use this product almost everyday to do volunteer work and keep up communication with contacts. It fits my needs and I couldn't do without it.

Microsoft Office 365 Home edition provides all the applications I need for my life style. Appreciate the ability to share with another member of my family. Found it difficult to install on second computer.

great tools for my personal life - my household budget, the documents that I need for the non-profits that I volunteer for and the letters that I need to write (instead of emails!!!)...

When you have several computers and other devices that will accept Office 365, it is always better to buy in bulk, lol. Have used only two of the five purchases at this time but see myself using at least one more.

This product does what it is supposed to do. It was a free add on with another purchase. I don't typically buy this type of product, but am happy with my experience.

Will purchase again this year. Very good product. It covered 5 pc’s like it said. Never had any problems but if you do they are right there to help troubleshoot.

I have been purchasing this product for my MAC since 2013. It is one of the best I have used and will continue to do so for both personal and business. I also recommend this product to my friends, family and coworkers.

I bought this for two macs and two windows pc laptops. This was a good feature to have install to these units. At $100 a year, you still get a bargain for a four year period.

Since I bought a new computer, I needed to buy Word Document and since it came along as a packet with Excel and PP, I decided to get the whole package in case I needed it because I work from home.

very poor .. my laptop was defective, tried everything to fix it, gave up and returned it. Best Buy customer service was worthless, they use a 3rd party firm. the 365 subscription could not be returned because I activated it! i wanted to use it on another laptop i bought elsewhere, but they charged me $20.00 more! I could not keep the 79.00 special price - this should be illegal - I paid for it already, then they charge me more - claimed it was a bundle- but did not give me a choice at all!
