I guess I'm old school. I find this "online" version of Windows Office difficult to use. It should be more elegant and actually better than the original Windows Office, but it is not. Plus, it does not have the complete capabilities of Publisher built into its Word program and the kinds of templates available on Excel are minimal. But I do hate the subscrition part and I really did like the old program a tad more. She dose get it done and all the products do stay current.

I have used this program for a number of years and have had excellent success with all of the parts so depend on it for all of my workings.

I purchased this product less than a month ago and I have had nothing but problems. First installation went fine. On computer 2 I spent over 2 hours with geek squad until they gave up. I spent more than 2 hours with microsoft and now I have to do it all over again. On the third computer the software would not load. I am very unimpressed with the lack of support by Best Buy.

I purchased this product for my wife. She uses it to create spread sheets and study lessons for her Sunday school class. She is very pleased with office365.

Product works well. However you have to watch the Automatic Renewal process. Can be difficult to stop if you prefer to buy it without auto renewals

Works great has some new features over previous editions. My only complaint is I wish you could buy the 5 user license outright rather than annually.

Although some newer versions (or updates) made the process more than a click and a save, the work-arounds were simple and effective.

This is a great purchase. Microsoft never fails me. Always the highest of quality in their products.

You can really run an office without Microsoft office and this particular one allows me to connect up to 5 devices love the versatility

This software is one of a kind. There is no substitute for what Microsoft offers. There has never been a replacement product that is as effective.

Office 365 is one of my most used applications. I love the way that I can leverage the Cloud capabilities of my Office applications to access from anywhere.

This product makes it convenient for multiple family members to have the Microsoft suite of products. One family member had difficulty registering the product to his computer.
