    I followed the directions in downloading this from a product key but was told it couldn't install some features and couldn't finish everything. I then followed the directions about how to repair the problem but it only got worse. I got remote computer help from the Geek Squad but am not yet convinced everything is A-OK. It's very frustrating when things don't work out as they should!

    This came with my purchase of a nest mesh system and to be completely honest it's been difficult to use and share. I thought I downloaded it on my and my mom's computers but then I was unable to use the programs. Not sure what I did wrong and since I'm a Mac user I'm not bothering to figure out how to fix it.
