    I bought this thinking it would just renew an existing subscription that I had been using. After using the key, the account changed and I can no longer open files stored on OneDrive within the "Recent Documents" in Office apps on my pc. Also the Office 265 interface is branded with Best/Geek Squad.

    After reading the instructions on the package, I started to follow them to the letter and the instructions were not insynce with the download on the computer. I felt as if I was flying blind trying to install this product. It works fine but installation should have taken 5 minutes and it took a half an hour.

    not using - brief use showed me that with windows 8 any add in like photo editing were all paid / subscriptions services - could not return as it had been installed on the laptop that I also returned - don't know if I would recommend or not to another user
