    Horrible experience! Purchased it on March 19, 2021. Not able to use it. Microsoft says it expired the same day it was purchased. Not able to resolve problem at Best Buy where it was purchased or through Microsoft.

    We have never been able to get this to install on any other device even though it is supposed to be for several devices. It works fine for the one we did install it on.
