Office 365 leaves much to be desired. 2016 has bugs that haven't gone away yet. The support team is great and has put some band aids on it that work, so we will just live with it for now.

This has become quite a money maker I'll bet... Lock people in with yearly subscriptions so you make more off our backs!

Did not accept several programs in transfer. When you don't know what you are doing it makes it difficult. I didn't know what questions to ask.

I wish I would of just purchased the regular MS office instead of auto renewal 365. I dont know that there will be many update changes to benefit paying an annual fee.

Poor, unable to utilize on other machines. Microsoft keeps going 'in a loop'.

I switched to a MAC, and use windows at work. I have used my iPad and iPhone for the last 4-5 years. I recently purchased a computer and am having a hard time with all of the changes.

It’s good to have the program but not for a department. I wish I went with the other one but here we are. Now just have to keep up with the program.

Tried multiple time to download and couldn't. I do not want it. Please refund my money. I already received the refund for my computer.

Couldn't get it to work but it was free with my purchase so I'm not too mad. I'm a student so I just use word through the school.

Its convenient to purchase from the store. But, the price is the same and there is nothing special in store from online. But it worked for me. Not cheap either.

Got this for Mom, Dad and Wife so they are set to go as standard home users. I use the Business Pro subscription for my consulting practice.

Needed to work with documents we had, held hostage to buy their product.

Worst samsung and best buy online customer support was inaccurate. I contacted them about specific phone before my purchase and they lied saying the phone would have dual sim and it does not. Unfortunately i no longer have the box so stuck with a phone that freezes, fingerprint sensor does not work on phone at all to unlock phone. This phone is the worst

I returned this item back because I didn't know it was not needed with chromebooks. I paid $50 but they only returned $20.

I had to purchase Office because my old one didn't work on my new computer. I am not happy with Excel -- it's much more difficult and th commands are difficult to figure out.

I have the product three stars only because I was unable to download it so I never was able to use it. I could not get into my Microsoft account and there was no support to assist me with my problems. I was extremely disappointed knowing that Microsoft office is a powerful tool in business which I need. I do highly recommend MICROSOFT but unfortunately I have not been able to receive the guidance I needed.

So, this is just the Office suite. But, now you only 'buy' it for one year at a time. This is going to get expensive for the casual home user. Not sure it is worth it yet.

After multiple issues in having the printer delivered. It does not work and needs to be replaced.

I miss the days of just having the Microsoft Office software. Especially, not having to renew it each year. But...when it's a necessity for work it gives me what I need.
