I’ve been a Microsoft Office user for years and at first was unsure of the idea of a ‘subscription’ to Office, but the more I read the details the better it sounded. If you purchased the regular home version of Office 2019 for $149.95 it would be for just one user’s devices, you get just three of the Office apps and of course no upgrades as the years go by and no storage space. The subscription provides SIX Office apps, plus Skype and one Terabyte of storage on OneDrive each for up to SIX different users with upgrades each month included all for $99.99 a year. I had a chance to use the free Microsoft support feature with my subscription when installing Office 365. I had an issue with my Microsoft account. I opened chat and a VERY helpful agent plowed through all the details with me and got me up and running with efficiency and a sense of humor. I had been using Microsoft Outlook 2010 on my computer and I was worried that when I upgraded to Office 365 I might lose all my saved emails in the transition. It was a needless worry. I removed Office 2010 which was on my machine (It was a 32-bit version and I installed the 64-bit version of 365 and the two didn’t play well together.) When I first opened my new version of Outlook I thought I was going to have to give it all my Comcast email details but lo and behold, all my emails were right there. It took care of everything behind the scenes. Bottom line, it seems like a no-brainer to get the ‘subscription 365’ if you’ve been using Microsoft Office all along anyway. If you decide at the end of the year it wasn’t worth it, you could always cancel and go back to the version you’re using now.

I'm not happy about my purchase. Liked other office better.

Bought as a gift. Send the card / key code to me in mail. Scratched off and numbers could not be read. Called the squad. Transferred me three times and no one could help me. Told me I had to go back to the store. Horrible service and poor method to deliver your key code.

I remember the time when these programs were free!! This is really atupid that I need to repurchase this every year!! I will choose to utilize different document apps that are free and bypass this from now on.

Hate the fact that you have to continually purchase.

runs much slower that the trail version. Takes a while to open

Its not free after 3 months and didn't want to fill out CC info and have to come back later and cancel. So I never used it.

Ridiculous, could not install it on our own. We had to pay Microsoft to install it on one computer, still can not install it on the others!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pain, took 4 hours and cost an additional $187.00 for one computer... AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate this situation. I have always just purchased Microsoft Office. I think it is highway robbery to make you pay for it every year.

Was not easy to install.I had to open a microsoft account.

I can not get connected, system said codes are invalidad, I call technical support and they can not get connected they instructed me to take back to the store which I did and they refused to gave me may money back

Being a Mac user I must purchase MS for Mac. I upgraded from Office 2011 to Office 365. MS support is just as horrible as always and now that MS owns Skype that is even worse support even if you pay for Skype. Sadly, having MS for Mac is needed

I can't do what I normally do with Windows office.

Contacted your service department by email and never got a response on it! wanted to cancel it but you make it a nightmare! Ended up paying the license online (again) directly with Microsoft

The sales person at Best Buy sold me the home version in fact 2 copies so I could use at my business had to upgrade to the business version so now I'm stuck with $200 worth of software I can't use.

I have been on the phone with geek squad attempting to register this product several times... No one could help. Had to take computer back to store. Now it won't install in my iPad. Frustrating!

As I scratch off the product key of my Microsoft Office it peels up and I can’t read the product key but it’s my fault and I’m out $—seriously I have contacted Geek squad-no help Contacted Microsoft—no help
