With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Thanks for the review. We would love to help you figure this out since the process is different for each computer you want to install it on after the first. You will install it from your Microsoft Account instead of using the download and product key you received.
