renewing microsoft 365 through best buy makes it easy

Good and easy to use. Have had it for years. Same old stuff.

Don't even have to remember I get automatic renewal notices.

Great package for the money. I use it all the time.

Once my Microsoft was renewed in, the Code I was given to complete my Sign-In didn’t work. I called the Geek Squad and they immediately told me to contact Microsoft. I contacted Microsoft whose customer service person at least took over my computer to try to help me resolve the problem. They determined that the Greek Squad or one of the Technicians at Best Buy needs to either give me a new code #, or they must use the first one used when they installed Microsoft on my computer in 2018. AUGH!!! I have not been able to edit any of my WORD document on my computer because of this problem. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

another way for Microsoft to gig us out if a few bucks. I used Office 97 for ever and never had an issue. this having to pay every year for a subscription sort of sucks.

Renewed my Microsoft Office 365 Home Yearly Subscription December 5, 2019, and Geek Squad Agents have not been able to properly install it to where my network is working properly. Last Agent had to schedule home repair but could not get appointment for a week.

I'm very disappointed, I renewed my yearly subscription with best buy and it's not letting me use any of my office apps. It says no license found. I had to be on hold and on the phone for technical support for 3 days now and still nothing. I am not going to use this again because it is not an easy straight forward process apparently. Wasted my time and money. I don't recommend this at all.

Best Buy and Microsoft make it very hard to end subscription. Inquired of Best Buy in-person and Microsoft phone with no resolution for a subscription I no longer want. Each passes the buck on the other for entrapment. Bad business.

Prior year cancelled. Still automatically renewed. Desktop CD is the best.

When my old version of Outlook wouldn't load, Nathan at Best Buy reloaded my Office 365 for me, spending about a half an hour making sure that everything functioned properly. He called it a "consult" and did not even charge me for his time. Great service!

Use 365 almost everyday, from notes to meeting agenda to presentations and organizing my emails. Works great for me.

Updates automatically done. Allows access Office software for all our computers/devices.

Gives me peace of mind. Geek squad are well trained and know what they are doing.

Good product and very easy to updated Best Buy keep me informed for renewal

Not thrill with the learning curve with changes when an update comes through.
