The sales person that helped me was very knowledgeable about the laptop that I purchased. He showed me on the display the different things I could do with it. I was very happy that he had showed me, I got to see the many different ways my purchase could help me at home. I use my laptop for my personal use and not as a work one. Thank you Best Buy for having the sales people with the knowledge and friendly attitude to help people not sure with which item will help them the most for their needs.

wow, there are a lot of features i haven't been able to see, but the ones i have seen so far are incredible.

This was relatively easy to install but I already had Microsoft office on my previous laptop that it wouldn’t let me transfer over so it feels like an unnecessary waste of money to not be able to transfer the apps under the same account just because you upgrade a laptop. That being said installation was easy as well as quick and no issues with any of the apps functionality. Not a fan either of how this is now a yearly subscription and payment either, miss the good old days when it was a standard on every desktop.

This product has been a very important tool to continue my studies at the university, I recommend installing it on your computer, it will be completely useful.

Amazing services. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint almost all the time for schoolwork and having the subscription allows me to have all the apps and extra features such as 1TB of cloud storage on OneDrive with ease. Good value for what you get too.

This has helped me alot with writing courses in college. Microsoft 365 is phenomenal.

Works great for doing presentations, powerpoint, etc for school

Works great with my dvds! I was able to install older programs with it.

It is pretty good but it only works for a year, then it stops working and you have to buy a brand new one.

I bought this laptop and it came with Word, PPoint, & X....Everything I need for school, since having this I make nothing but A's. I love this Laptop with all the bells and whistles!!

I use the Microsoft 365 program on several of my computers. The one terabyte cloud Drive that comes with it is an excellent addition. Best Buy has one of the cheapest options to purchase this program.

I downloaded it but am still figuring it out. I may just be slower than others but I can talk to people to get help. I do like it, thank you

Love it!! Obviously can't survive with Microsoft 360 as a student.

The Microsoft product/program have been amazing no complaints are problems with any of the software.
