||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Windows based PC and an iPhone and just purchased an iPad Air2 so I needed to upgrade my Microsoft Office to the Office 365. The install was not difficult but definitely was nothing like the directions suggested. I had to go to the App Store and download each Office product individually. Once installed, I can't open an Excel attachment without opening the software and searching for the attachment and then opening the attachment. I need more Microsoft support to get this handled which is no problem as their phone support is always the best, In my opinion. The support phone number listed on the product packaging is the Geek Squad support number and the Geek Squad (phone support) has been no help at all. They have told me 3 times that they have no experience with either product and I should call the Best Buy store and ask for the Geek Squad support which have made an appt. for me to get assistance and have handled each issue perfectly. I feel these issues will be fixed very quick as Microsoft works pretty fast to fix known issues. I wouldn't be surprised if they are already fixed.

I mean on one hand you get a lot of storage in OneDrive... the software is great... on their website only. I tried using the downloaded versions, both on Windows and on Mac and it is terrible. Opening files from the cloud constantly brings up errors. So much so I give up and schist open up my browser and work from their. Kind of annoying when you want to work offline. It is what it is... I likely will swap back to the Apple versions and just increase iCloud storage instead of dealing with this.
