Probley the best way to give money to someone in your family that has a xbox one . I don't buy any DISC anymore being that if you and someone in your family has a xbox one , when you buy a game and if you have their xbox one as your primary xbox then you buy and game they get it for free and if they buy a game you get it for free.

I had a small balance on my Microsoft account (formerly in "Microsoft Points") and I also had some reward certificates at Best Buy. What to do? Why purchase a gift card, of course! This allowed me to purchase the game I wanted while using a combination of my Best Buy money and my Microsoft funds. Convenient and effective!

With all of the security breeches that have happened with both PSN and XBL buying these gift cards are the absolute best way to go. They are one time use, you do not have to place your credit card on file and you can buy anything in the market. If you are a parent looking to limit what your kids buy online this can not be beat.

Who says money can't buy happiness, well, at least until it runs out for a kid. My nephew said i gave him the gift of awesomeness when he opened up the gift card box and he saw his X-Box gift card. So I say, when you don't know what to get a kid for his birthday, money for online gaming is the way to go.

It's sometimes really nice to just pick up a Microsoft card and download items directly from the Xbox store. That's why I love these cards. They make that happen and it's quick and easy. I love the kiosk displays where I can easily find the card and value that I'm looking for.

I never like putting my credit card on my xbox for fear of being hacked, so I buy the prepay xbox live cards instead. it's the safest way to buy anything over xbox live. sometimes the code is on back of the card, sometimes it's on the receipt.

I prefer to purchase currency cards than input my credit card info on my lice account. To many hackers out there waiting to get there hands on your info. So i prefer the currency card to purchase games online than using my personal credit card.

These xbox live cards are great if you are trying to keep a budget or if you don't want to keep a credit card on file for the live system. You can use them for anything on xbox live and only buy as many as you need when you need it.

I'm so glad that Microsoft dropped the whole points system and went to real money. Much easier to understand the value of what your paying for. And the cards make great gifts when someone asks me what i want for Christmas !

i lucked up and got the Microsoft card while it was on sale and saved five dollars. I use them to buy season passes or different boards that's available for my favorite games. You use the code to download the funds in your Xbox one or Xbox 360. I like using them because you don't have to use your credit card and risk your personal info. Being stolen or money being woken out your account. I would advise people to use the cards and if you catch them at the right time you can save some money for the holiday season.

There isn't much to say for these cards, other than that they're the only option to get money onto an Xbox Live account other than giving Microsoft your financial data. Good as a gift (obviously, given the item's name).

Works as advertised, while I hoped that these cards would start having QR codes to easily scan it on the Xbox One this one did not. Still got me the money into my account because I have gone all digital this generation.

Much better value than paying the monthly fee. Allows you play games online. In my experience Xbox Live is much more stable than PSN. Just look at how long Live was down during hacker attack vs PSN.

My son uses these all the time for game add ons, movies, you name it, for his xbox. It's a great gift for him because I know he will always use it and it won't be a gift he doesn't like.
