The external hard drive works nicely as does the cord hookup adapter. The one problem I can't figure out is how to play my saved data on the external hard drive while my game is playing. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating if I knew how to use my external hard drive simultaneously with any game to see it's full possible working effect.

Does just what it is suppose to do, hold alot of storage.

Very good product. I bought it for my children and they loved it. There has not been any bugs or issues, so I definitely recommend this product.

I have the old style 4GB xbox360 which cannot accommodate the newer game requirements. After poking around I decide on this drive and it couldn't have been easier..open up the panel on the xbox...slide it in and power up. Good to go.

Would give it 5 stars but the item was a bit pricey. This works perfect with my sons Xbox and we haven't had any issues.. He is able to play all his games with plenty of space to spare.. I would recommend this..

Great hard drive with lots of space. Didn't need that much space and was pricey. Great product though.

We needed extra storage on our Xbox and this was exactly what we needed. We were able to add all of the games we had and still have plenty of extra storage space.

Great way to increase memory, can play newer games

I bought an xbox 360 at a pawn shop for my 10 year old, but it didn't have a hard drive. Purchased this from Best Buy, and now he's a happy camper!

With all sort of great deals still being offered weekly and Games with Gold free games monthly the stock 250GB hdd just doesn't cut it. While I spend most of my gaming time on my XB1 and Switch I still use my 360 and the upgraded hdd has plenty of storage for most anything I want to do. If you don't have one, grab one before these are gone.

SO the dilemma, you want a Xbox 360 after they've been discontinued... So you think its 2016 no one cares, not I. Needed to get a hard drive just to have one... Didn't have a back up 360 in case the elite from 2011 decided to die... So what if you stuck with the 2gb option to buy... But you got that 500gb hard drive so no stress.

I originally bought my XBOX 360E to stream TV and movies using Plex, Netflix, and Windows Media Center, but of course started gaming and storing files to my console. I needed more space. I was happy to see these drives were still available, and even scored a great sale price. I'm good now. I got lots of room to expand now.

I purchased this product for my son. He had been asking to upgrade his game system for quite some time, and I finally broke down and let him. This was the exact device we were looking for and the price was competitive with other sellers.

Great yes would recommend be sure its made by microsoft because on the first updsate on a cheaper version it shuts down
