Customers are impressed with the sleep tracking, notifications, price, GPS, and ease of use of the Band Smartwatch (Small). They find the sleep tracking to be a bonus feature, appreciate receiving notifications for calls, emails, texts, and Facebook messages, and consider the price to be reasonable for the features offered. The built-in GPS is also well-received, and many users find the watch easy to use. However, customers have concerns about the battery life, durability, size, design, and comfort of the watch. The battery life is seen as rather short, and some users have experienced issues with the watch falling apart after a few months of use. The size and design of the watch are also mentioned as drawbacks, with some users finding it bulky and uncomfortable, especially on skinny wrists.

Have all the features I need, wear it now everyday, glowing time display at night is cool, drawbacks are not curved, battery life is rather short, not water proof so can't use it for swimming, but for the price I paid, it's a 5 star product.

I got this one at a great price from Best Buy on sale. The team was great setting it up for me. The only problem i am having is the telephone answering part and i need to talk with them. Perhaps this model doesnt allow you to answer the phone but the message comes across saying answer or reject but doesn't respond to voice commands. The directions that came with the product are marginal and do not help at all. Thank goodness for geek squad.

I absolutely love my Microsoft Band. It is one of the coolest purchases I've made in a long time. I appreciate the fitness portion, but being able to get my email and texts is terrific. I love all the options. Tracking sleep patterns was really helpful, too.

Got this for my 11 year old. Just to make her aware of being more active. She says it jolts her when she first puts it on but not enough to make her not wear it. Let's her know I'm trying to reach her while she is in class which is awesome. Great for the price. I only gave it 3 stars for the heaviness and accuracy.

Works good with my wife's iPhone but not all features are available when linked with the iPhone. Skin temp will not work with iPhone and it doesn't work with Siri, other than that the other features work great! It's a nice band for the price.

Awesome watch;awkward fit

Everything this watch has was what I was looking for. I even took my Apple watch back. But... The fit was so awkward. My hand went numb from the compression once on my wrist and the face was just too long. I took it back too. Ended up with Fitbit, which was not everything I needed or wanted. Carpal Tunnel could be a potential issue from the Microsoft band

I bought this product on a Deal of the Day without first trying it on at the store. That was a mistake. The display part was too flat on my wrist and was very uncomfortable. Perhaps those with larger wrists wouldn't have that problem. Also, battery life wasn't what I expected.

My first experience with a smartwatch and it's been a good one. Easy to begin using right from the package. Downloading data is quick and hassle-free. The only complaint (and it's not really a complaint) is that the shape of the watch itself is not round and can occasionally feel weird on my wrist.

I am not even a fan of MS but I must say this was a good decision. My fellow military friends (who have smart watches other than this) suggested that I get this instead of the stuff they were wearing. I went with their recommendation and it was definitely a good decision. This has more features than some of the other smart watches in the market...and that too for $199. Microsoft Band and Microsoft Heath have done a terrific job combining very good apps and fitness programs. It's available in Small, Medium, and Large. Compatible with Android, Apple, and Microsoft of course. Test it out. You wont regret it.

Husband has been wanting an activity band for some. Gave this to him for xmas. Purchased size medium and for him and it fits fine. It is not the most flexible but he has become used to hit and wears it everyday and sleeps in it with no problem. Loves the notifications.

Bought this for my daughter as a gift. She did her research and this was the one she wanted. It tracks everything the others do plus you can receive emails and text messages. She has a small wrist so the display bar took some getting used to since it was long on her.

I was really surprised by how good this product is. A 1st generation product is normally something to avoid until the manufacturer figures out the kinks. This band has totally exceeded my expectations, and I just got one for my wife, who also loves it.
The design is ok - it's not particularly aesthetic, but it's comfortable.
Then it just does it's job in a low fuss way. I charge it every 3 or 4 days, it monitors my activities, integrates seamlessly with my Android phone, and give me insights into how active I have been/am being.
I've used it for tracking runs, bike rides etc. (when using the GPS the battery does run down - so a 4-5 hour hike on GPS will expend the battery) but for less time intensive activities with the GPS, it does the job, without needing a charge.
Bonus features like the Starbuck app, the UV monitor etc. are a bonus and useful.
I wear mine all the time and it is starting to look a bit scuffed but not badly so (the band is rubber), but I wear it for gardening, yard work etc.

I purchased this for wife. She wanted something to track her activities. Walking, running, heartrate and sleep. This was the perfect item for her. The band is a little uncomfortable because of the flatness of the screen but this is a small issue. She loves that it also gives the time. Overall she is extremely happy with it and she says it motivates her to exercise.

This is a nice solution for someone who wants to track some fitness goals and receive alerts for some of their phone features. Buying it as the newer model is being released made it a steal compared to other similar products.

Lots of great features including step tracker, heart rate monitor, it maps your walk via GPS, and has lots of social media options. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants more features than a Fitbit, but don't want to pay the price of the Apple products.

I have owned many activity trackers, and for the money this one is by far the best. Most over exaggerate steps, but this one does not. GPS is great as well. Love when I forget my band the phone takes over. FYI....comfort is not an issue. Like anything on the wrist it takes a bit to get used to

The best smart watch/exercise band you can get for the price. So many more features than a fitbit for a smaller price tag. Can't beat it for $100
