The only problem that I have found is that when the computer goes into sleep mode sometimes I have to turn off blue tooth and turn it back on to get the mouse to work but that may a computer issue not a mouse issue

Initial Problems Solved

A driver update seems to have solved that problem. Additionally, the main (left) mouse button would get stuck in the mouse-down position. I used a pry tool to remove the top shell and bend the plastic back a bit and it hasn't gotten stuck since, but I'm not convinced that it is a permanent fix. I'll probably have to do it again some day. Other than that, it tracks well on all surfaces on which I have used it. I haven't had it long enough to judge the battery life.
