So-so set

It works fine but has a couple drawbacks for me. I use function keys quite a bit for my work and the function key labeling is very tiny and blue and hard to see. The mouse is not very ergonomically designed, kind of big and bulky. Otherwise, it is a reliable set to use.

High and Dry

It quit working a few days after the return period. Microsoft has zero means of returning a defective mouse and keyboard, and Best Buy wont help. This is strike two for Best Buy on taking care of customers.

Bad mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure if I have wrong settings on my mouse or what but it is really annoying to work with it I will probably be returning them both. The keyboard works fine and I like how comfortable it is but the mouse is nothing but problems it is very laggy and the middle mouse button does not work at all which I need for my 3D modeling.

nothing but problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a Microsoft wireless key board & mouse before and it went bad. I replaced it with another microsoft because the other one had lasted a long time. Wrong, the arrow hangs up and also freezes. Sometimes the arrow just disappears. Had the first replaced and the second does the same. Also when I go to sign in I get dots 99% of the time. Have to back space to correct this.
