It has a little shelf for your thumb on the left side, which is unusual, but practical. Due to the thumb rest placement on the left, this mouse may not be the best choice for left handed people. Other than the unusual thumb rest design, this mouse works well for me.

VERY COMFY mouse with some minor issues.

The only negative issues are : 1) No flywheel effect on the scrolling wheel. You have to keep manually turning the wheel for every millimeter of scrolling distance you go. 2) There are some very minor visual screen anomalies that sometimes occur when using one of these - but nowhere near serious enough to sideline these comfy mice. 3) Price seems pretty high, though hand comfort is good. I continue to use two of these mice.
