Great legit Microsoft headset. For the price I was happy, can use any 3.5mm headset with the jack. Allows custom volume with chat vrs game sound. Only downside is after high usage (i adjust mine a lot) the fabric covering ears started come loose from the sides like it was not secured in place very well. Still got money's worth out of them an bought another pair. For price they are really good compared to much more expensive and non native xbox brand headsets.

These are great just for hearing everything in the game. Nothing fancy. They look a little funny but feel good. Only thing I don't like is that when you connect to them with your controller, you have to turn down the volume on your surround sound pretty TV

Bought for my kids. Very good budget headphone. Sound is very good and we like how the mic folds into the unit. We bought the identical unit with the camouflage look so both boys could tell them apart. No difference in performance. Both work great.

I actually returned the headset because I thought I was having problems with it but I later found out it was actually my xbox controller with the problem... Anywho when my controller was functioning correctly, the headset was awesome, comfortable, clear & crisp... I have a new controller so l'll be picking up this headset again.

Pretty good headphones, had turtle Beach pair that stopped working for listening to other people online and the only thing I miss is I was able to hear myself with turtle Beach, which I can't with these. As far as sound and comfort, I say these are better not to mention Xbox brand so I feel like that was reason for turtle Beach to stop working. I also enjoy the mic being built in and folds into headset which is nice cause if I decide to talk, I don't have to look for detached mic like with the other brand.

Picked this up for $60 and I'm very impressed with the quality of the sound, the quality of the microphone, and comfort of the headset. Sure, for $60-$80 you're not going to be getting true 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, but I think that the Xbox One and this headset do an admirable job of creating a good audio experience. I'm not an audiophile, but they sound great to me! My friends also say my voice sounds perfect through the microphone, which is really slick the way it hides nestled up in the headset. Setting it up is also super easy. Just plug the headset into the adapter, and plug the adapter into your controller. That's it. Now you get audio and can do chat through the headset (don't forget to mute your TV!). Last, I've worn it for a few hours at a time and have found it to be really comfortable and lightweight on my head without feeling cheap. Overall, I think if you're in the market for a more affordable solution for headphones on your Xbox One, it's a great buy.

This headset is great! The sound quality is great and it feels pretty sturdy. The main reason I purchased it was for the headset adapter that comes with it. The adapter retails for $25 on it's own. For an extra $25 you get a nice headset too.

I bought this, and was surprised that the quality was better than expected. I even have them on as of writing this review. The bass is great in that game, and they use a headphone port unlike previous headphones I've had that used USB 2.0. Some people may think $50 is a hefty price, but I found it quite worth it.

I was skeptical buying the headphones , then after trying the sample in the store I realized that actually great comfortable and sound it’s really nice! I suggest to purchase the warranty . Best Buy it’s really good for cover those in case something happen!!! Sonppl buy those!

The headphones are comfortable and not very loud. They sound okay and the microphone picks up nicely, much better than having the Kinect's mic that catches everything. Overall for the price it's a nice option.

Good headphones for price. Comparable to Sonys Gold wireless headphones but a cheaper price.. I own both and can't really tell the difference between the two... Good job MSFT! Waiting for Gears of War 4...

Got it on sale for $23. Very solid headset for the price, has decent audio and does it's job.

After doing a lot of research for gaming headset, I settled for a great pair. I'm a tall guy, so I have a bigger than normal head, and the headphones still manage to fit over my ear very comfortably. They are encased with a soft mesh fabric and although it can make a lot of squeaking sounds when you move them around sometimes, they are the most comfortable headphones I have ever owned. I love that it comes with a concealable boom mic which you can adjust not only vertically, but horizontally as well. They are a bit clunky but it's a non issue. Sound quality is great. I'm not an audiophile but I think they sound better than most of the headphones I have owned in the past. Overall I love this headset.

These are much better than the $25 Microsoft mono set. I would recommend spending the few extra dollars. These have lasted twice as long as the cheapos.

My gameplay improved because I could hear opponents coming before I could see them. Comfortable to wear for extended periods of gameplay. I like being able to control the game sound and chat levels.

Allows you to hear the same thing being played through the TV speakers without having to turn up the TV. Can control the volume directly through the headphones without disturbing others in the house.

For those that just need a wireless headset and mic without the frills, this is the one to get. You get to listen to in sound audio from games and also chat without having to break the bank. Comes with the stereo adapter which is required for most aftermarket headsets.

Great headset, my daughter has no problems with them bothering her ears even with her glasses on. Nice sound and now the whole family does not have to listen to the game while she plays.

Not bad, not on par with a higher end headset but feels comfortable with solid sound. It's a Microsoft product so the quality is there. The mic is a little inconvenient, but manageable.

An absolute must if you do not want to disturb anyone, especially Late night gaming. It really feels like you are in the game especially when you crank the volume up. Love how u can mute the mic and controls for game and mic are pretty rad.
