Very disappointed in the appearance of the refurbished product: there are several (>5) dents including one on the left front corner where it was clearly dropped. Best Buy shipped the product with dirt and sticky tape residue all over the cover. At least the laptop appears to work okay so far - but it's only been a couple of hours.
Bottomline: I would not purchase a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished product again.
