first time buying a refurbished controller from best buy and you can’t even tell! it came very well packaged and looked brand new! even came with batteries!

Sometimes I think it's just passing gas... but every time this controller rumbles... it affects my bowels!

It's practically brand new. I use it as a dedicated controller for my android phone so I can play Doom 2 on my lunch break. No complaints.

I actually did not know I purchased a refurbished remote and this was a great mistake. I am very happy and it works like new!

I was excited to see the price for this controller. It was just under $50 and thought it was a bargain. Oh boy was I wrong... The X button did not work!! We had this controller for just a few days and we could never get the X button to work. It was a pain in the rear to have to go back and physically replace it for a new one when I originally had this controller shipped to our house. Although I have to say that the Best Buy team makes thing everything quick and easy. Switching for a new one went super smooth, their staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! But seriously, don't by refurbished otherwise you will have to go change it in just a few days, it is refurbished for a reason...
