Love the controller but I will need to return it. The top right button does not work well and the right joystick is not calibrated properly causing a slight drift in games. It’s supposedly refurbished, but I don’t believe it was tested well enough. Disappointed to say the least.

I had to order a second one of these because the first one did not work. Well, the second one did not work either. I returned them both. Also on a side note even though the web site does not tell you and looks they do. They do not come with any of the extras. I would recommend making a disclaimer on products like this. Also, you might want to test them.

I don't put a whole lot of trust in "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" so I'd pay a couple dollars more and get the retail version.

Refurbished product came bubble wrapped and stuffed into a box, but other than that it looked like new when I pulled it out. No issues with any button responsiveness, has the look and feel of a brand new controller.

This is my favorite xbox controller. It’s has a rubber texturized surface underneath it making it very comfortable over some of the other ones. It looks cool to and is my favorite color.

Control thumb sticks are out of calibration and move on their own. Horrible practice to resale defective items to loyal customers and make them jump through hoops to return/refund.

Drops out even though xbox emblem on controller is lit. Rebooting no help. Removing batteries and adding new ones, works for a minute or two.

It wasn’t working fully. Still able to use but came with issues. Was not happy.

The RB button on this controller does not function properly, I have to press it harder than usual for it to work.

Christmas gift for my daughter. Select button doesn't work. Disappointed, as this was the first refurbished controller I attempted to purchase.

I had to return the refurbished one. It would not stay connected to my Xbox.

When we tried to sync the controller to the Xbox it would not turn on.

Got the controller and it said it was inspected, but it had white stuff on the right stick and the left stick was loose wobbly and unsupported. It wasnt playable!
