I purchased the Lumina 920 for the following reasons: familiarity with windows and windows phones (my 3rd windows phone), unlocked, and value for the price. I prefer the functionality of the calendar on this phone to windows 7 (scrolls side to side rather than up and down), display sharpness, camera clarity, and picture tiles. I have been able to silence sounds/alerts for email and texts; but I have not been able to silence for calendar notifications. While I continue to believe my purchased was value for price, the battery life is not what I expected. Based on my review of several discussion boards, I believe many are experiencing the same problem although many have proposed solutions.

The phone has great features like the camera and easy access to all your apps but it is very glitchy. My phone, will freeze on YouTube and is only fixed by turning it off then on. It may only be my phone tho. Every other feature is almost flawless

Seems buying Windows phones are a rarity to find anymore,but I Prefer Windows to droId..I use to bile n they Only handle up to the Nokia 920 anymore,..so when I purchased this here..I failed to Notice n Should of,that it's an ATT Nokia..and Incompatible with any carrier But Att..which caused Big Problems...Further,this 920 version is far less User friendly than the 600-or even 500 series..if I had to choose again,I'd pick 1 of Those models.and again,Notice if Your Carrier is Compatible to phone,Before buying..I'd Thought All Nokia were just that,Nokia..but Nope,they're Carrier support systems Are different

My daughter is using this phone with T-Mobile. Setup was easy and quick. Sms, MMS worked. The phone gets hot quickly if you play games, so the 4 stars.

This is my first phone based on windows. Everything is running smoothly. Camera is great. I am very satisfied. All recommendations.

Overall, this is a solid phone. My only concern is the the low ear piece volume...

I bought this as a gift and within a couple of days, the phone would not charge. Since Best Buy does not accept any item after 15 days, and I was out of station, I now need to use the Warranty of the phone to check if I can still get this fixed. I hope the money I paid does not go down the drain !!

The Lumia 920 in my view is the best smartphone after Lumia 1020 that are available today. Beats even iPhone and Samsung is not match. The best part are the looks, superfast windows os, live tiles, wireless charging and Camera. No one should complain anymore of missing apps as it has to offer all the apps that once can humanely use in one phone..it really looks premium phone in hand unlike some of the Samsung phones..Love the way outlook, ms office works seamlessly..if u have XBOX then u can use it as a remote and controller...games are awesome..good collection... camera in low light is awesome..Here direction with voice is awesome..bye bye to my Sony camera and Garmin gps...

Great phone for a great price, you can't beat that. I'm on T-mobile, and decided to get this one instead of Nokia Lumia 925 and here is why: 32GB, build in Wireless charging, NCF that works without cover and it's $100 cheaper that Nokia Lumia 925. I was really surprised that it wasn't a north american RM-820, so no 4G on T-mo. I was really surprised that Bestbuy was selling phones from Australia. Other than that, great phone and I won't return it.

I bought a Nokia Lumia 920 online from bestbuy at the end of july 2013. the price including taxes and so on was $516. After 4 months the phone is dead and won't restart anymore, even though I never dropped it or damaged it otherwise. Bestbuy promises on the website for this phone a warranty of 1 year. But now neither Bestbuy nor Nokia itself is willing to fulfill this warranty service. Bestbuy claims not being responsible for it and Nokia says because it is an unlocked phone which is not intended for the US market they won't help me. I give the worst rating for this costumer service!

We bought an unlocked white Lumia 920 on BestBuy.com which advertised a standard one year manufacturer warranty for parts and labor. The phone is great, the OS looks fantastic, but, less than 9months after, the phone’s proximity sensor failed. When we contacted Nokia, they indicated that the phone was in an “out of warranty” and that the warranty could never be honored because the phone had been intended for the European market before being sold in the US. Best Buy customer service refused to help and suggested we send the phone to Italy for repairs. This is not an isolated case as illustrated by Cp11Stanford on this same page. Buy at your own risk.

Make sure you get one with 1700/2100 bands if you want to use this on Tmobile. Mine was not and I was only able to get 2g speed! Returned it.

I bought that as unlocked phone, but is was a previously locked AT&T phone. Best Buy claims it is clear and transparent, but in the case of phones IT IS NOT. SO, be very carefull when buying phones at Best buy, because the phone I bought is unlocked BUT wifi sharing (Personal hotspot, name as you want) does not work because it was restricted by AT&T, so in my opinion it is NOT an unlocked phone once I cannot use it all the way, I will have to flash the ROM. Worse yet, Best buy says it cannot help me with this problem, so I am really disapointted with service and now on I will drive all my shops to amazon (which by the way SOLVES ALL problems I already had, even I living in Brazil)
