Easy to setup via blue tooth. Audio quality is better than my last pair. I use them for all of my Zoom/Teams meetings. Feels of good quality, so I'm not too scared of breaking them.

I like it

In particular, I like the fact that it automatically mutes and unmutes when the boom is raised and lowered. There's a button that automatically integrates with Microsoft Teams. I wish they did this with Zoom also but it is a Microsoft piece of equipment.

Wireless headset

Buggy, Over Priced, and Frustrating

I use these about 7 hours a day, 5 days a week connected to my laptop via usb port and iphone 11 via bluetooth. Now whenever I play any sort of audio from my phone, it'll play 2 seconds of the song sped up into one second, the a second of silence, doing this back and forth. I've tried a lot to fix this issue but can't find a solution. Only pros to these are the comfort and battery life, but it doesn't mean anything because of the defects I experience. I bought these going against my gut because they're microsoft brand and I work on a surface. There are many other options half the price that work better, don't waste your time/money. The JLAB version is higher quality and half the price.
