One of the best ergo keyboards out there

I have used a MS Natural keyboard, all the way back to 1997 when they were first coming out. I just replaced my MS Natural 4000, which I have used for the last 14yrs, with a new MS Natural 4000. I was suffering from carpal tunnel bad back in the day, until I switched over to using this keyboard. It took me about 2wks to become proficient using it, but my WPM jumped, and my carpal tunnel improved dramatically. This is the only type of keyboard I have used for for the last 22yrs. That means each keyboard has lasted an average of 11yrs. Well worth the money!

I chose this keyboard because of the economic design and built-in wrist rest. The keys are easy to click and all of the programmable keys allow me to customize the layout. Great keyboard!

It's a nice ergonomic keyboard. Takes a little while to get used to and is a little bulky but it's hard to go back to a regular keyboard after using one.

    Only Keyboard for Me

This is my 3rd MS keyboard 4000. It is the only thing I use. I spend a lot of time on my 3 computers (I am and IT professional). I use to have problems with my thumbs due to the excessive time I spend programming. These keyboards really work - the angle forces your wrists up and alleviates the pressure. After exclusively using them for about 7 years now - one thumb is normal and soreness mostly out of the other. I highly recommend these keyboards - they work and if you are having joint issues due to excessive computer work - they will slow down/stop the damage.

Had one of these keyboards for years, then left work and had been using an old keyboard. Boy did my wrist hurt. Immediately went out and purchased this keyboard and now my wrist no longer hurts. Great product, great keyboard!

I have this keyboard at work, and love the zoom toggle, the fast keys, an especially the ergo layout: split-angle placement and 3D structure. Honestly, I don't know why all keyboards aren't required to be built like this.

Great natural keyboard, I used the beige one for almost 25 years! Yep, I have an adapter to go from big PS to PS/2 to USB. But the keyboard finally gave up on me. Purchased this keyboard when it was on sale and Bestbuy had a promo for $$ off. Reserved it online to pick up in-store. I type on this every day at home. I type more at home than at work. I also use this keyboard to do some basic gaming, nothing hardcore. All keys have lasted, not a single problem. I love the top shortcut keys. The best feature on the keyboard.

This by far is favorite keyboard ever. I started using my first one of this model at work, and had to have one at home too. I have had to replace it a couple of times due to it getting sprayed or stuff spilled on it that shouldn't be. I love the positioning of the keys, after years of using this it is really difficult to type on a regular style keyboard. Last time I had to replace it, I paid almost twice as much for a Logitec simply because it was wireless. It did not have the same layout so I took it back and got my money back and got another one of these. My only complaint is I wish it came in a wireless model.

I've been using this keyboard model for the better part of 10 years now, though I've been through a few of them due to spills and heavy use. Other companies have ergo keyboards on the market, but they all seem to have some kind of layout or functionality flaw that keeps me coming back to this thing. Luckily they're usually on sale well below Microsoft's MSRP, so replacing them isn't a big deal. I can spend all day typing on this keyboard at work, then come home and keep typing for hours without ever having to take breaks due to wrist or hand fatigue. The layout is great, there are a bunch of customization options, and it's not unnecessarily loud, which is awesome.

I'm quite happy with my purchase. It's far more comfortable to use than a common keyboard, and ergonomically healthier. It's also a very reasonable price.

I haven't used an ergonomic KB in years but I got back into an office job 4 years ago and it's taking a toll on the wrist. I got a great deal on this KB and I've been very happy with it. I actually just had a coworker come over to my desk and ask what the model number was because he was looking for one himself. Would recommend this if you are looking for an ergonomic KB. I even installed the software to enable the multimedia buttons and have used them for several macros at work which save me some time through out my day.

It's a great keyboard for me. My old natural keyboard from 10 years ago finally died and I had to get one. The insert/delete/home/end/pgup/pgdn keys are not in the same configuration, but such is life. In any case, if you like the natural keyboard style, it should work for you.

I love the split key design as my typing is much faster with this setup. The curved wrist wrests are great for me as well. No pain after a full day of typing.

I have used the Microsoft keyboard before. It is much more comfortable to use than the standard keyboard that comes with a new desktop computer. That is important to me since I spend a lot of time at my computer.

This keyboard is fantastic if, like me, you have very large hands. The home keys are positioned perfectly when you just lay your hands down. The only negative is that this is the third one of these boards I bought. Get the insurance! Best board for large hands with carpel tunnel.

Most comfortable keyboard I've ever used. I would highly recommend for anyone with arthritic hands or wrists. If it had a split space/backspace bar, it would be 5 stars.

Takes some getting used to having the keyboard split in half. But you will be surprised how fast you learn to adjust. The hand rest is comfortable and I really like you have the option to elevate the keyboard.
