Troublesome activation

My activation code was taken by somebody in Brasil. Took me several days and numerous hours on the phone to straighten thing out. Product is OK though.

Can’t download software purchase

Spent 2 hours getting passed around customer service. Ironically it’s the wrong software version that I need to return but it can’t be done until it’s been activated. Ridiculous

New Computer

Also, when the geek squad installed it on my new laptop it was not installed correctly, so currently I don’t even have it one there, because it keeps asking me to purchase the plan.
