Troublesome activation

My activation code was taken by somebody in Brasil. Took me several days and numerous hours on the phone to straighten thing out. Product is OK though.

Associate informed me my product did not come with Microsoft office, but it did at a cheaper price. Wasted over $150. Do not but in addition to your computer purchase.

Can’t download software purchase

Spent 2 hours getting passed around customer service. Ironically it’s the wrong software version that I need to return but it can’t be done until it’s been activated. Ridiculous

techo deficient purchaser-local geeks were great
