Can’t download software purchase

Spent 2 hours getting passed around customer service. Ironically it’s the wrong software version that I need to return but it can’t be done until it’s been activated. Ridiculous

It was a gift and for reason the person can't install it there's no product code. And no one can give us on. This is going to be great when we're able to use it.

Troublesome activation

My activation code was taken by somebody in Brasil. Took me several days and numerous hours on the phone to straighten thing out. Product is OK though.

techo deficient purchaser-local geeks were great
