WARNING: Best Buy provides a link to download the software...which is WRONG. They provide a link to download the software which is for CONSUMER Office, not BUSINESS Office. Took hours and hours on the multiple phone / chat / remote session thinking it was a product key issue which was extremely painful....some support members were extremely painful to deal with. It took Microsoft to figure out the issue and gave me the right link for the download. Hopefully someone from Best Buy takes a look at this review. Case CAS-5128682-W6K2J2 for your reference and takes the time to update with the proper link for Business Office. I would take the time to update Best Buy, but refuse to spend more time trying to get to the right person navigating through Tech.

I need a little more computer for my bussiness . My computer is not what I need.

Microsoft would not accept Card and says they do not honor this card.

This will be great as soon as I learn what I am doing.

Had issues with the software. Barely used it. Would not recommend the business version.

This was the wrong product for me to subscribe to. I thought it would give me more applications to use. Instead it gave me more obligations: I had to have a business name. It is "retired." I had to have a new email address. I now have to get rid of this email. There was more. My Geek Squad agent did not know enough about this product to properly advise me. I returned the product, and became completely disgusted with the service I received from the Geek Squad. I subscribed to the personal Microsoft 365 from another group I had contact with some years ago.

Geek Squad Staff is very helpful and worked to solve my issues until my new Surface was working as I wanted.

I thought I could easily install this on my laptop as a stand-alone package. I didn't realize that it needs to be integrated into my server. If you don't have an IT department, I don't recommend it. The configuration took more effort than I wanted to put into it and the alternate option is to become hostage to Microsoft by using a domain that is set up by them.

I have not been able to download this digital software. It keeps telling me that my email address is already associated with another Microsoft account. While I like the software, the process to download it and ease of installation is not ideal.

This took several phone calls to several different entities before it was installed. Each call lasted a minimum of 1 hour. We were told it was from another country.

the old Microsoft we have is great so I'm assuming this is as well? We didn't need so returned. Thanks

Garbage product from garbage Best Buy! I had read the reviews about receiving invalid product keys. I made the mistake of taking a risk and continuing with the purchase. Sure enough the reviews are accurate. The product key I received is useless and saying it has already been used.

Needed to update my resume and this item was very informative and helpful.

Office 365 Business Premium is solid. I enjoyed the ease of having the Geek Squad install it on all my devices.

Added this to my iPad. 100% needed as my company uses Microsoft but I love my Mac too much to part with it.

A little overpriced for my liking but the convenience of having all the Office apps is worth it.
