    There is nothing much to add -- everyone is familiar with these programs. I prefer to use the MS package versus open-source versions, and I needed the Access database front end.

    I can't say enough about Office 365 Home. Great software. Just hate that you have to pay 99.99 every year for it.

    For all you basic needs Office 365 does the job. The suite of applications will provide you all you need for a home office for the simple tasks.
