I've managed to get by until now with Office 2000, which is a testament to how good the software was written. This is no different, just takes a little getting used to. Not sure about the subscription thing though. But I understand why they did it since people like me went over 15 years before upgrading.

I would have gave this 5 stars but the new user interface is confusing, difficult to learn for a light user like my family is. We're retired and don't live on the computer so we don't seem to learn all the ins and outs of the programs like if we used it everyday.

In today’s busy world multitasking is a must. And this product by Microsoft is just that. You can do spreadsheets and creative projects with a click of the mouse. This Microsoft office program allows you to install it on your PC or MAC and a tablet.

Not a fan of the way MS is doing this now - basically a one year subscription that your renew instead of purchasing this outright. But the value for this (5 PC's) is incredible. Easy to download via web and setup.

The ubiquitous software suite w/o Outlook. No problem once installed.... Due to mixup the store did not activate license after purchase. BestBuy graciously exchanged and Geek Squad performed the installation remotely.

Microsoft Office 365 Personal was purchased when I purchased a new MacBook Air. The program failed to work properly and I was 3000 miles from home. The local Best Buy exchanged the product easily.

My wife needed to tweak her resume, with the purchase of a new computer and this software, she was able to do so with ease. Her resume looked like it was professionally done. Now we wait and see.

I find this program to be useful for my small business. I do lots of spreadsheets and scheduling. I like the cloud option since it’s mobile and I can log in wherever to retrieve all the info.

Must have....do we really need to charge so much? Microsoft has a great product and knows it. Doesn't mean they should promote piracy by charging enough to make it unaffordable to many!

If you need to use multiple devices is a good option, because it allows you to have access to multiple devices through your account and also gives you a year of cloud storage

Great alternative to buying the software outright. My only regret is not having grabbed the slightly more expensive one that gives you licensing for up to 5 devices.

Office 365 personal is amazing! I bought a new laptop and decided to go with office 365. There are other programs but office word is so much easier to use.

The downloading process of microsoft office is very easy and quick. I still like using office for all my school stuff, wouldn't change a thing about it

I needed to replace the Kaspersky product that was expiring and I decided to get the combo package or Webroot Internet Security, Microsoft Office 365 and the Wireless Microsoft mouse. You really save a ton of money by going with the combo package. I am a member of Geek Squad so I had one of the techs install all of this except the mouse for me. I was thrilled that the tech also set up a Microsoft account using my email and password so I can now enjoy earning points for things in the Microsoft store. I really enjoy having the word processor once again. I had a form of it, not just as involved with Windows 7 and it stayed in the computer when I upgraded to Windows 10 but unfortunately when hard-drives fail, you lose more than you want. But really nice to be able to do word processing, grammar and punctuation checking and all that other stuff that you once took for granted until it was gone. The mouse is really great too and love the storage for the transmitter inside the battery compartment. The internet security package works in the background and you only know it is hard at work when something needs to be taken care of. In the first five days, it took care of two threats. Out of the three internet security software packages I have used in the past 16 years, I believe Webroot is my favorite.

Office 365 Personal subscription Was Bought At Best Buy. I have not had any problems. In fact i love the product thus this far. Very satisfied!!

The windows 365 online concept is great but the wide array of options and learning curves are horrendous. For example, I don't want email headers sent to sidebar notifications on my home screen and can't figure out how to turn that feature off. I do want the few update notifications I was getting but have to turn that feature off to stop the 30 daily email notifications. I want to be notified of important stuff to me, but not about important stuff to MSN. Is Office 365 storing my word documents online, or not, it never says? I thought my old browser favorites were being stored online on the MSN server but they weren't, and now have been lost forever. Apparently my online sync box was not checked. I didn't know. Google did save my browser format and favorites on their server. . Many other options are annoying default choices that I don't want. How they got started I don't know and how to turn them off I also don't know. All formatting should be one central program and it should have a detailed setup wizard, possibly one wizard for each different program like outlook, word, and excel. I went from mastering windows 7 options to being totally confused by the wide array of windows 10 options. I will eventually like all the features and options, but so far Microsoft has been wasting much of my personal time with trying to figure out how to set up, use, and turn on or off the features I do and don't want to use.

Was easy for someone with little experience with computers to install. Updates regularly and I like having it available on my phone as well

Microsoft Office is a must have for work and home use. Not a fan of the yearly subscription, it's amazing how quickly the year(s) go by.
