The geek squad member arrived at our home right on time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He made the transfer efficiently and gave us pointers on how to get the most out of our newly purchased laptop, so that we had no difficulty beginng to use it .

I know some people don't like updated software, especially when they're familiar with something. However, Microsoft did a great job creating more content and making it easier to research and create spreadsheets and word documents than in the previous years past.

I was hesitant to buy as I am used to "disks" but the download was quick and easy. I liked that when I had to download the program onto the second computer all I had to do was go to the website and click. Worked like a charm. I've only used Word and a bit of Excel but so far so good!

I do our Church bulletin and have had a time making the transition to this program. I am looking into taking a class! I use publisher and am having a problem printing page 4. Which is our order of services and statistics. But I don't blame the program! Am still trying to figure it out!

Purchased this product as part of a bundle with a MacBook. I found it very easy to use and very efficient while writing papers for my college courses. I also found this product to be of much better quality in comparison to the free word programs offer at colleges and universities.

I had always bought Office in a box (big bucks) and it would be out of date before you knew it. With the annual subscription, it is much cheaper and you always have the latest version which is important to be running a small business. Everything works like it is supposed to.

If you want the least worries about compatibility, go with the original. Office 365 is always up to date, and they are always adding new features but be sure to check manually for updates every once and a while as they do not seem to push them automatically very often.

I usually like to buy the one time purchase version of MSFT Office. However, we've recently purchased several laptops (count 4) for our household and it just made sense that we go with the subscription. We can buy renewals for several years before the individual purchased are paid for.

This is good for the person who does not plan on playing all the Microsoft programs often. You can subscribe to it for a year and if you find your not using it, you can just forget it and you don't have to feel like you spent so much money for something you don't use!

Love using the Office 365 suite (it’s now called Microsoft 365). Gives me a year access to everything I need for school. Great for kids and adults middle school to high school to college to work and much much more

The latest release of the Office Suite is an overall good upgrade. Moving to a subscription-based model allows users to always have the latest versions of the Office products, while in most cases reducing cost, assuming one upgrades to the latest version of the Office Suite when released.

I got tired of paying for new versions of Office that did not come with Outlook and many other new features that updates do not provide. I am not wild about the annual fee, but it is more economical in the long run. I now have all of our devices covered for a much lower cost.

I am currently using a Macbook Air to use this product. At times it can become frozen with the system but seems to have improved over time. I have only used Office with this Macbook Air for a couple of months. Works fine for my purposes as a teacher working from home during the summer.

I bought this along with an laptop for my mother. I previously had purchased the full program to use for one machine. We can use this for her, myself and my child's computer and still have the use of the Office products. The good part is, it updates to the newer versions easily.

Love it! Got this package for free 1 year subscription with purchase of new laptop and its come in really handy. I've done flyers and documents on my new laptop just like an office computer. Just hope I can afford to keep it up when subscription is up; it's a bit expensive.

It was time for me to renew my subscription which normally costs $69. I bought this as a combo with a wireless mouse on sale for $49, entered the product key on the Microsoft site, and it accepted it for my renewal! Saved me $20 and I got a wireless mouse too!

I really like this package because I get to download it on multiple devices. So I'm happy and my girlfriend is happy and any friends that also want to use it! I'm not sure how much it's going to cost next year to use it but for the first year I'm sure I'll get my money's worth!

I was familiar with an older version of Microsoft Office so I took me a little time to adapt. I like this better than the previous version, it was also an easier transition from my Apple iPad. I still have a lot to learn to maximize the available features, however.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the Office 365 package. When I tried to install it, it accepted the product key, but couldn't complete the install. I had to call an 844 number, where an East Indian speaking woman tried to get me to pay 299.95 to have them remove a bunch of viruses and Trojan programs off my "Brand New" computer. When I said I didn't have that kind of money and I thought this was a scam, she reduced the amount to 199.95 and tried hard to get me to give her my financial information. I told her no and hung up and called the Geek Squad, who was relieved to hear I had not fallen for this scam and got the program installed. He said he had heard of this happening a couple other times, too, so please be aware - don't fall for this scam!!!!

You get a lot of space on one drive and office everywhere. Office is always the newest version and it works off line as well. I got 1 year free when Ms decided to lower the storage space on one drive then got another year at a discount when I purchase my new Alienware laptop.
