This purchase was for a small business. We were very happy with the Best Buy representatives product knowledge and no pressure sales personality. We definitely recommend both the product and Best Buy !!!

I was surprised that All I got was a card when I bought my update for MS OFfice. Slight issue entering the code. System didn’t want to accept the code that Iwas given on the card. Ended up doing the online support and the system was able to correct the issue and get me the software download I needed. Side note, had I know that I would only get a card at the store I would have done everything on line and skipped the trip to the store. It should be noted online that you no longer get a CD or DVD.

If you plan on getting work done in the business world this is a must have. Outlook and Excel are the best of breed in business applications.

Lot of changes to the software, mostly for the better. One challenge I have is that my company's exchange server is not ready and currently I can not tie it with it. As a result, I have to use iMail. Not bad, but it is an inconvenience since I am one of the only Mac users. Now have to get the sever upgraded which is taking a little time and will require an additional expenditure. Probably something we would eventually need to do as other PC users upgrade over time. Just something I wasn't expecting.

bummer that its a large price jump just to get outlook, but thats what i needed so it was worth it i guess

To register you have to sign up for a Microsoft account , there is no disk to reinstall the software if you switch computers. After installing some software updates on my iMac, Office said I needed to reenter my account information as if it is a new install. Now after purchasing Office 30 days ago, I am in license limbo where Microsoft won't recognize my account or serial number for my software.

Installation was effortless. Finally glad to have a Mac version that is caught up with the Windows version. Make sure you have all your OS updates installed - Especially in El Capitan :-)

This software works well on my MacBook. I love the new features especially in power point.

We needed to have outlook and word on a mac and well, wouldn't you know, here it is.

I purchased this product for my new Macbook Air. I had office 2010 on my previous laptop, so the switch to this did not require much adjustment. The software runs well.

This software was very pricey but, very easy to load onto the laptop.

While I'm not a huge fan of Microsoft and their practices, this is still the standard if you need to communicate (electronically) with other people. The learning curve is typical with Microsoft products. As soon as you have figured out where they have hidden menu items, and what they've determined you don't need any more, they work fine for my purposes.

Insanely simple in price and features on a Mac and PC. If you have a chance to get it for $49 for 1 computer or $79 for 5 devices, take it.

It's a good program. I wish it would Import the contacts from the "Contacts" app on the Mac, since this is a Office for MAC program

Very easy to movie from Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac business to Office 2016. And, Outlook is a must have for home or business use as puts on such a usable front end to email - instead of using the Gmail user interface given on the web - worth every penny to upgrade and get the Business edition - this getting Outlook in the process.

A much needed program. Not hard to set up. I use it almost every day at work or at home

I bought the full Office Suite because it included Outlook, which I felt I needed. As it turns out, I am finding the Mail application included with the iMac quite sufficient for my needs. But I have Outlook if ever the occasion arrises that I need some of its functionality.

I haven't used it much but so far it has not had any issues. The previous versions had significant issues on Mac. One such issue was a complete kick out of the program will switching to and from different windows, that has not happened here. I will have to update my review after I use it more.

What can you NOT say about this item? It's a must if you want to accomplish anything on your computer.

This has been a great addition to my iMac. It wasn't needed but I chose to add what I am familiar with.
