Plugged in easily and I haven’t had any issues with it.

The best oart about this is it is USB-C, so when my controller is dying i can easily charge it from any source. No more wasting batteries!

I bought this because the Xbox controller eats AA batteries. It’s a little pricey for what it is but this pack works great, and I have the Xbox series S. My only problem with it is that it turns the system on when I plug my controller in (so I just plug it right before powering off.)

It works like it's supposed to and maintains good charge. It lasts me weeks on a single charge, even though I use it for about an hour a day.

The perfect acessory to keep me from constantly reaching for batteries. Battery life is good. Im not one of those binge-gamers so this hardly dies on me. Well worth the price.

Instead of buying batteries like Duracel, Energizer, etc., I'd rather buy this product because it's easier to just recharge.

This is designed for the new controllers that come with the Series X/S. It works in my older controllers as well, just keep in mind the USB C cable will only charge the newer controllers. One thing to note: there is no charge indicator light on this cable, like there was on the last gen battery kit. I don't personally care, just wanted to include that just in case you're expecting it. The new controllers also work on the older Xbox, everything seems to be very compatible. That's good for me because I have a lot of last gen controllers and battery packs, and this new battery fits right in without any drama. Doesn't matter if it gets mixed up with the others.

I had to buy another one because the first one stopped working properly I don't know why but so far this second one has been working well and longer than the first. Could have been a defunct rechargeable battery on the first one

So much more convenient than having to buy AA batteries all the time. You do have to remember to charge it but it lasts longer than regular batteries in my experience. Overall a great addition to the Xbox controller.

Does it's job. Snapping charge up get to gaming remember not to overcharge just like any battery

Best thing to buy if you game with controller. have had it for a few months and have not had any issues. Battery Life is good as well, can go a few sessions without recharging.
