Impressive but inadequate QC

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop works great and everything about the product itself was as described but after a handful of uses the pen doesn’t work anymore. Tried every troubleshooting step to fix it but no dice. Really hoping it’s the pen and not the scree.

Not worth it

Went to get it fixed and they just had me return it. I tried my luck with a second one, and the screen stopped working about a week later. This time I decided to take it to Microsoft directly, thinking they could definitely fix the screen. He messed with it and told me if it didn’t work again to bring it back for an exchange. It worked well for maybe 24 hours before the screen stopped working again. I brought it back and they exchanged it. It’s been 5 days and so far, so good. Although, not everybody has a Microsoft store in town to do an exchange. I personally would not buy this laptop again.
