I know some people are hesitant to but refurbished products, however this one was absoultly perfect. Ive had it now for 3 months with no issues and i play about 3x per week. Easily the best gaming system I've had.

I stepped up to the One from a 360. Awesome! The graphics are greatly improved along with the new user interface. Plus I love the fact that you can integrate your TV signal and never have to switch inputs again.

I have had zero issues with this, I don't like the big Refurbished sticker on the front of the Xbox because it left a lot of residue on the xbox when I pulled it off. Besides the aesthetics, there have been zero issues so far.

Bought this for my husband for our anniversary. He likes it...but I think I like it even more! I use it for Netflix and Hulu. There are no delays or loading issues like I've always had with the Playstation.

At first I really wasn't to sure about buying something that's refurbished, but it was to good of a deal and was surprised with how new it looks and feel.

Buying a refurbished system is like marrying a divorcee. It's been around the block a few times, but all the annoying bugs and kinks have been worked out, and you're getting a relative bargain.

I bought this for my grandchildren to use when they came to visit. Great product, the grandkids are enjoying this system. Do not hesitate to buy refurbished system and save a little money.

My 15 yr. old loves the X-box 1. Refurbished is the way to go. Less expensive and just as great as a new one.

Looks and functions like a new one. You'd never know the difference. Only advice would be to get the 1TB model, or even a large external hard drive for storage. The 500GB doesn't hold much.

I wanted to save money and went for the refurbished option. It was packaged very well. What I didn't appreciate was the large sticker on the console that said "refurbished", when I tried to take it off it left sticky ugly residue. The box has a "refurbished" print all around the top. I tried to hide this since it was a present for my little brother. The console didn't turn on, I checked different outlets around the house to ensure that it wasn't an electrical problem. I returned it and was given another refurbished Xbox and it works great. No glitches or anything.

This xbox exceeded my expectations, since it was refurbished. The graphics are awesome and the quality is great!

Instead of spending like $360+ for new console, I got refurbished for like 200 and it has been working great. Did not have any scratches nor looked like it has been used before.

Great system for a great price. Only bad thing was that it has the old control that needs an adapter to use the standard headphones

I decided to buy a refurbished console bc I didn't feel like buying new since I already own a PS4. I went ahead and bought the 2 year with it just in case since all the issues I had with my Xbox 360s in the past. Console works fine and I've had no issues. The only cons I would mention is the learning curve on the Xbox One dashboard and that the controller was the older model without the aux port so I had to purchase an adapter.

My original Xbox one gave up and this refurbished one at 199 was a great deal and the console was made on 5 18 2016 so it's literally brand new! Awesome buy

The only thing i would change is the placement of the refurb sticker...its right on top, makes it look bad. Would have prefered the sticker on the bottom.

As of today the Xbox is still working like a charm I was worried about buying a refurbished console and only having 15day store return but Microsoft offers 90days .

Was hesitant about buying a refurbished xbox one, but pleasantly surprised! Hours of fun, good graphics and controllers are definitely an upgrade.

I was definitely hesitant in getting the refurbished Xbox one. So far so good. It's been a month with no issues. It was nice to save that $50.

I have had no problems since the day I bought my system. Works like a charm, I have had it for several months now and it's going great
