When you hear refurbished you think it is something wrong with it but there is nothing wrong with it, I trust Best Buy standing back behind all their product, excellent experience so far. I am very satisfied.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished unit, but it was a good deal, so I went ahead anyway. This one is working fine with no problems after 3months. Good buy.

The Xbox One with Kinect bundle was a refurbished purchase at a great price.The Xbox came out of the box looking like a new purchase should and I have not had any issues with the Xbox.

This was a great deal. And when they offer the best buy warrantee and service, YOU SAY,"YES!!". Covered everything in the box for 2 yrs.

I lucked out on this Refurbished Unit. Not only did I save some $$$ buying refurbished, per Microsoft's website, my unit is covered for 12 months warranty instead of 90 days! Great deal!

It works so far so that's good. Also it makes so the average American can be even lazier. So that's perfect for us Americans because we like to use the least amount of effort possible.

You save a good chunk of money by going refurbished, but it has the same warranty as a new console, so what's the harm? I've put many hours in on my console so far and I love it.
