The Xbox One with Kinect Bundle was a good bargain

This item work just like the brand new items, the only difference is that it cones with a sticker on top that indicates that is a refurbished unit. That is to protect you from people that can try to re-sell it as a brand new unit at a higher price.

We've had the refurbished model over 6 months now. Haven't had any issues with it. It runs just like the one we bought brand new. Only thing was when we first got it and went to initially set it up it wouldn't let us and going through Microsoft tech support they had this process we could go through to do so. They said it happens sometimes but it's not a Best Buy issue. It was like a "hard set up" we'd have to do with a flash drive or something. I didn't wanna bother with it. Instead we just exchanged it for another since we had just bought it. Best Buy had no problem doing that for us and the second one was set up no problem and has been working just fine.

Best Buy personnel were extremely helpful and answered my questions with east. The X-Box One has limited games for younger children which I did not know. It would have been helpful if I had asked the question, but it also would have been great for the sales person to offer this information.

Purchasing the unit reconditioned is just as good as purchasing it brand new. Microsoft runs diagnostics to make sure the software is great, inspects and replaces any necessary hardware, including the case

Purchased this product to use primarily as a DVD player. However the other features are a welcome addition. I find that I use the other features more than I do the DVD option. I would strongly recommend this product as a tool to use for entertainment purposes!

I bought this for the dance games and workouts and I am more than impressed! The kinect sensor is truly awesome and after getting some friends to play it with me everyone is ready to get their own! Just dance is one of the most fun workouts ever!

it is a great product because you can use it for many things such as playing video games, and online games with friends, navigate on the web, watch videos and movies, and many other features that make this product enjoyable.

Works just fine. Wish there were more games like Mario for the X Box. We don't let our son play first person shooters or 3rd person shooters. That just leaves a couple of popular games like Forza, Fifa, and DragonBallX

Great product. I purchased mine refurbished (it doesn't bother me) and it works great. Plus you still get the option to purchase insurance on it. The customer service at the Rockwall store was very helpful.

Very pleased with the quality of the refurbished model. The kinect picks up sound a lot better than my 360, seems to track better too. It does seem to require more space than the 360 to use the kinect though.

Love that they have a blu-ray player on it, I connect my comcast up to it for easy switching between games and tv. Love the speech recognition, this list just goes on. Bravo Microsoft...again!

I love the snap feature that allows me to view multiple games/apps at once. The social features available with xbox live help me see what my friends see when I'm playing. What a great system.

Everything looked new and functioned well with no issues. There is a BIG refurbished sticker on top of the unit that is very difficult to remove.

I wasn't sure about buying refurbished but so fear the only problems I've had are due to the poor Xbox software - can't wait for that update.

Great addition to our game room. The only thing that drives us crazy is that Microsoft is constantly pushing to sell you their annual subscription service. Games and console are great!

My only complaint is that we paid too much. You get this machines for around $240. And I have spent way too much on your cell phone to pay over $100 extra. Not happy with price.
