This is a great comfortable keyboard it's well worth the money for comfort. The only downfall is the keyboard doesn't show when the caps lock and number lock is on.

This is my first Bluetooth keyboard, and so far it has been a great buy. I love the ergonomic design, which has a natural feel to it. I didn't know if I was going to like the detached keyboard, but so far it has been easy to adjust to the concept. I liked it so much that I bought one for my office at work.

Overall, Microsoft does make great quality keyboards and this one has great ergonomics and is one of the quietest keyboards out there! Highly recommended!

Love this set!! I was looking for an ergonomic keyboard and fell in love with the design of this keyboard. I was really hesitant about the mouse, but over the last few weeks of use I have found that it's extremely comfortable and easy to adjust to.

If you have tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel or just hand cramps - this is your next keyboard. This is one thing Microsoft did get right. Once you get used to the keys, your hands won't hurt from using this keyboard

I thought this was a great keyboard and mouse set for 2.5 years until the USB transceiver broke. I didn't drop it or step on it- the plastic part simply snapped off from the metal insert from repeated use of taking it out and plugging it into my desktops at home and work. And guess what? It's not replaceable, because Microsoft programs each one individually. The keyboard and mouse cannot connect directly with my laptop Bluetooth, either. I'm now in a pinch in the middle of a global outbreak and quarantine, and my only option right now is to spend more money. I'm so disappointed with my $129.99 purchase, because it's turned into irreparable junk now. What a waste on both my dollars and the environment. Microsoft, why do you design good products that are designed to fail? The guy at the PC repair shop told me to buy a Logitech next time, because their transceivers are universal and can be replaced. Lesson learned...

It took a while to get used to but I definitely notice a difference in how my wrists feel after a day of work. I work in accounting, so I need a good 10 key pad. I love that it’s a separate piece so I can put it wherever is most comfortable for me

Light weight and unique design. The ergonomic design really works as it eliminates the wrist pain. The mouse, however, dies at 11 months. Still in warranty, so Microsoft replaced one for free. Otherwise would give 5 stars.

I've had this for about a month now, it took a little bit to get use to the mouse but now I love them both! The keys are easy to depress and both devices are very comfortable. I bought anotherone for my wife that was complaining about her wrist and the issue went away!! The only thing I would recommend to Microsoft is to get rid of the Windows button and add a forward button.

These combo is amazing, I started using this during CoViD cause i work the help desk and the pain in my wrist almost instantly disappeared. HOWEVER, I've had to buy 2 of these cause if the mouse. The left clicker loses sensitivity. It registers like 80% of your clicks. Its gotten to the point to where i think i submit a service ticket and i move on the next ticket onky to go back and my ticket is stilling there even though i clicked submit. Both of my mouses started to do the samething. I would recommend definitely buying the insurance. I didn't....

As a software developer, I have always used MS ergonomic keyboard. Because of COVID-19, I have been working from my home office and needed an upgrade. I picked up this set and the ergonomics are perfect. The mouse takes a little getting used to (it’s huge,) but everything is very comfortable.

This setup is awesome! The is my second time buying it. Last one purchased lasted about 3 years before it gave out. The feeling of the keyboard and mouse are awesome. Was starting to develop some CT issues and pain in my wrists, but since I started using this setup, they no longer exist.

Very comfortable keyboard and mouse. The mouse doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles but gets the job done. The separate number pad takes getting used to but I ultimately like the flexibility it gives as well.

I switched from the older ergonomic wave design to this one and I love it. The ergonomic design , slim form factor and low profile keys means there’s no hand or wrist fatigue at all at the end of the day . I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend the money on this design but I’m glad I did .

So comfortable for all day typing. It doesn’t take long to get used to it. Eases discomfort that a come from the normal cheap keyboards. I also like how I can place the number pad where I want it. It doesn’t take up a lot of room. I have had it awhile with no issue.

I am REALLY impressed with this new MS wireless desktop set. This is a much sleeker, slender, more responsive, and overall excellent and well-designed replacement for the MS Natural Ergonomic Wireless Desktop 7000. The lower-profile keys on the keyboard are much easier and more pleasant to use, as is the mouse, which is more rounded off in design. Having a number pad as a third piece is not bothersome at all (I've even held it in my hand to use as a calculator at times :) ), and the watch batteries that run the number pad are available at most retailers (I was able to find the right battery at Walgreens). The keyboard uses two AAAs, the mouse uses two AAs, and the battery covers and keyboard lift are magnetic(!). I highly recommend this keyboard/mouse/number pad combo--I have two of these at home and am hoping to get one for work as well. Be warned, though--once you use the Sculpt natural ergo keyboard that comes with this set, you may never want to use a "standard" keyboard again.
