Cool design solid controller great response times on the buttons

Picked this up as part of Best Buys Black Friday promotions. While it is the same as a regular xbox one controller function wise, the design and colors of this are great. IMO this controller in person is better than the stock picture. It seems like a more metallic silver where the light grey shows in the picture. Only thing missing that would make this controller 10x better is if it had the grips on the back like the newer controllers (See Lunar White controller).

These are beautiful works of art. The limited edition Halo 5 controllers come in both Guardians and Spartan colors. Not being partial to green, the grey/chrome blue look of the Guardians controller drew me in. I already have a Titanfall controller, and the Guardians one is the next to fill in my player two. Compared to a regular controller, the limited edition is dimensionally pretty much exactly the same. The handling is no different, the sticks and buttons all operate the same when I'm playing games, so there is nothing to 'adapt' to. The finish is great, and covered in a thin layer of satin to prevent undue wear over time of the outer design. There are two strange glossy rectangles on the bottom of the unit on the handle grips, not sure what they're for. Potentially for setting down the controller? Considering the current cost of XBox One controllers right now, you may as well just splurge a little to pick up one of these 'limited' controllers, they attract a LOT of attention and just look amazing.

This controller is the top of the charts. It is essentially the same as the normal black edition, but it has a very cool blue digital camo design on it. With this being the same price as the normal one, this is great. This edition is limited edition to Best Buy only, which makes it even better.

Bought this controller as my third Xbox One controller and as the first one in my collection to feature the built in headphone jack on the bottom. Needless to say, this is now my go-to controller when gaming on the One. It's headphone jack makes listening to in-game audio with earbuds or a fully blown gaming headset easy, and while there is no switch to adjust the volume or a mixer, the default volume always worked for me. Like other XB1 controllers, the triggers and sticks are of premium build quality and make gaming easy and comfortable. Unlike the previous controllers, which were plagued by rigid and awkward bumpers, this controller features bumpers that can be depressed from nearly any angle, allowing user inputs to be more precise and effective. Love the color scheme too, the black and grey camouflage pattern looks appealing and gives the controller an overall great appearance.

When I found out the new Xbox One controllers had a standard headphone jack, I knew it sounded like a winner. I primarily play games late at night, so this feature is absolutely perfect at letting me enjoy Fallout without disturbing everyone else. Despite the controller being wireless, the audio is still REALLY good, I would say on par with a 320 kbps MP3, though not quite as amazing as a CD. That being said, I've never experienced any problems with the audio, and having the effect of surround sound is pretty dang cool. I even find myself using headphones versus my speaker/subwoofer set up. As for the controller, it's just like the original Xbox One controller, so if you were pleased with that, you'll be pleased with this. Great design, comfortable, and with the new standard headphone jack, I would have paid even more for this.

This is the coolest control on Xbox one the design and color everything about this controller is amazing. I loved it so much I bought another to match my Xbox one a gears of war edition console

Awesome feel in my hands and comfortable for hours of game time. I bought the controller initially just for the colors which match my Astros but is now my go to controller. Only down side to this one is it doesn't have the same backing the matte white controller has which sits better in my hand but it's more of a personal preference then a flaw with the controller.

Great controller for Xbox One with an awesome design and I especially love the built in headphone jack! Controller feels great in the hand and the Halo design effects look great. Highly recommend.

I stopped in at the Best Buy store to check out what kind of controllers they had! I wasn't sure if I should buy a corded one or wireless. After speaking with a sales person, I decided to go with a wireless one! Since this was a special edition controller, it was only sold online! I read where some of them come with the 3.5mm stereo headset jack for adding other devices, but this one does not have that feature. I did not care whether or not it had that feature, all I cared about was that it was a special edition! It's nice to have a second controller so if you are in need of one, I would highly recommend this one! The color is really awesome!

Love the color on the controller, feels good when playing, I also have it running with a pack of rechargeable batteries. I got it at a good price, I'm happy with it.

I love how xbox has perfected the controller that feels comfortable. Had to replace my day one controller after 2 years of everyday use. Great replacement and love the color scheme

This controller is way prettier than the other one we have. The other one is all black and this one has all different blue shapes on it. Although it is just as hard as the black one, this one doesn't blend in with my black leather couch so there is less of a danger of accidentally sitting on it when it isn't put away after it has been used. If I knew how to play a video game, I would definitely use this controller over the other one unless if this one also comes in red. Then I would totally use the red one!

This controller is nice and comfortable to hold. Easy to use. It requires batteries and you can use the rechargeable ones in it. It's stylish also. Works well, no issues so far.

Limited edition, Red, looks SUPER DUPER AMAZING. No negatives, This little guy will join you on your journey as you wreck no0bs online. Have fun!

I have been looking for an extra controller for some time now! I couldn't decide between a wired one or wireless! After reading reviews about this one and seeing that it was a limited edition offered only by Best Buy I placed my order! i love the blue and black color scheme! This one does not come with the adapter for the head phones, but that was not a concern for me. So for anyone looking for an extra controller or needs a new one, I would highly recommend buying this one! Since it is a limited edition, you may want to jump on it before they are gone!

Besides my favorite color being blue, this controller hits it right on the money. A fading effect from blue to black is superb. It matches well with my Forza 6 Xbox. The controller also has a matte finish and fell to it, making this one heck of a controller. The downside of all this is that it costs $70! Very expensive for just a controller, however I do have to admit its very nice. As a cable guy I go into customers houses a lot and I can honestly say I have yet to see anybody else with this controller. So, worth the $70, imo.

Love the color and unique limited edition. Works great and is definitely nicer than the plain white ones. Gotta get it if you love Xbox one!

This is by far my favorite design on an Xbox One controller! I love the way the colors looks, and the feel of the design.
