It was a really nice laptop and the speed was great. I constantly had to call for Tech support for this laptop. One day I turned it on and got a error message. Everything was wiped off the laptop and it stopped working and could not be fixed. Luckily I had everything backed up because I had to get a refund to buy another laptop. I will never purchase this brand laptop again.
