I bought this to replace the original charger that came with the laptop because it started to fray and would not properly charge my computer. Now here 2 years later, I am back buying another one for the very same reason. I have to move it around into all kinds of different positions before it will start charging. It's a testament to the laptop for lasting this long, but I think the chargers need work. I don't throw my chargers around or treat them harshly. I think they should last longer than 2 years, but maybe I'm expecting too much.

I went out of town for this past weekend and totally forgot to bring the Power adapter for my Surface Pro 7. It was completely dead. I immediately started looking online for the 65W charger, and there were NONE available anywhere near me. My only option was this 24W baby at a Best Buy that was 25 miles away, and it was the only one they had. All of the specs (and MS website) said it was incompatible with my device, but I had no other option. I ordered it, did Curbside Pickup first thing in the morning, drove back, and plugged it in. My Surface lit right up, and I was able to use it while it charged. It took maybe 3 hours to fully charge, and I had zero issues with overheating or even a warm brick. The cord is a little shorter than I’m used to, but it worked perfectly so I can’t complain about that! I already have a spare (yet I left home without either one), but I’ll keep this one. As a (second) spare, it’s a lot cheaper than the 127W that’s coming out.

This should be the power cord that ships with the device! Nice not having a bulky brick between the outlet and the device. It would be better if it were a foot longer in length and it’s a bit pricey (relatively speaking to other types of chargers for other products) but it works very well, is very portable!

Works fine, wasn’t too expensive. There was a more expensive alternative that allegedly charges faster, but this one was like, half the price. Charges fast enough for me.

This was a great addition to my accessories collection for my personal computer. It works consistently, charges fast and is compact. It is great to have two chargers now. This is a great product and a great purchase.

This works just like OEM and worked better than some of the other cheaper ones on the Market for Surface Pro 6. If you want an A/C that is hassle free spend the extra money and get this unit, and you will not be dissatisfied nor will you be stuck without having power when you need it.

I have been using the charger for a month now. It is easy to use, the quality is good, and it charges my computer in a timely fashion. It was less expensive than the other microsoft chargers, so I saved money! No need to buy the overpriced chargers.

I have a Surface 5 Tablet which I love. This charger works very well to charge my device, but if my Surface 5 is low in charge, this charger tend to be hot. I'm not talking about warm, it is very hot at time. Knowing this, I recharge it when it is down to around 50% of charge. Perhaps this is meant for a Go tablet and not for the Surface. It is still working fine after 6 months of use and I'm happy with it.

I really like how compact this charger is compared to the one that comes with my Surface! Very easy to carry around with me when I'm not home since it's not as long as my original charger. Definitely a great buy.

Power supply worked like a charm. Compatible and fast charging for MS Surface. Price was good and nice to have spare on hand. Definitely recommend curbside pick-up, fast and easy, pull-up into designated area, complete parking info and within minutes BB associate brings online order item.

Charges my Pro 3 fast and is nice and compact. For cords that are supposed to be used in travel, you'd think they would make the ones supplied with a new device a little more robust, I've had 3 of the MS ones that came with a Surface go TU pretty quick.

Works great and it’s small. My original that came with surface broke and this one was on sale for Black Friday. Good purchase and substitute

The power supply that came w/ my daughter's Surface begin sporadically working several months after purchase. Eventually it wouldn't charge the Surface at all. Decide to buy this as a replacement. It smaller and easier for her to back in her school bag and works very well.
