I have one complaint. It would be very helpful if the screen would completely fall down that the whole computer will be flat in an open position.

Pre-ordered the Surface Book 3 13.5” & when it finally came in (a week later than what we were originally told) plugged it in & began to explore Microsoft’s latest & greatest. Had issues after a week with battery not lasting as long per specs & bottom area was getting hot. Decided to call Microsoft & while on the phone with them, they suggested rebooting the device. Once again it got hot & didn’t fully reset. They suggested to return the device to the store as it was defective. We weren’t the only ones having this issue with overheating as many people have reported overheating. We did end up returning & purchased an iPad Pro 11” 2020 & have been quite pleased with it.

It was great, but only lasted 3 years. Screen would randomly disconnect on it's own.
